Elizabeth is an autonomous advanced practice registered nurse (APRN). She holds her National Board Certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a family nurse practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Florida International University in 1997. In 2013, she received her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and completed a Post-Master’s in Nursing from Graceland University in 2016.
Elizabeth has over twenty years of healthcare experience that inspired her to open Family Health Primary Care Providers. With an understanding of the challenges and complexities in seeking health care and maintaining wellness throughout the life span, she devoted her efforts to educating and empowering her clients to live their best life. She is certified as a case manager (CCM) and coordinates safe, cost-effective, patient-centered care with client specialists for optimal outcomes.
As a family nurse practitioner in primary care, she provides care in areas such as women’s health, preventative medicine, mental health, and chronic disease management. Her many years of healthcare service inspired her to value preventative measures that reduce the effects of chronic disease.
Elizabeth enjoys the outdoors. She is an avid runner. In her free time, she loves to cook, read, listen to music, and play volleyball. She and her husband have 4 children together.
